This tent is on one of the picnic tables at Peterson Park in Newton IL. It was placed there on 12/28/2011(the date is also on the photo). The cardboard inside is from a Priority Mail box from the Post Office. The cartoon character is Mr. Van Driessenn from Beavis and Butt Head.
I am very happy to see this, as I am a proud supporter of the Occupy Movement!
